Craft Warriors at the Asian Art Museum

We had two jewelry making tables for those who wanted to make adornments other than the beautiful armors that the participants could make (see next post) . We were so fortunate to have Flax Art Supply donate an abundance of wonderful textured papers.  Here are two that I made.
Texture paper and colored staples...strips of paper left from cutting of the 3"X3" squares cut for the armors.

I used the staples as a design element.

Red mizuhiki, craft felt, ribbon and brads...

No glues so the knots and brads held everything in place.
