Yukimi Annand returns to teaching

 I missed her quiet demeanor and easy directions and so happy she is back.  Colorful Accordian Book, The form of 'O' and calligraphic line. However, it did take me a while to find my shape of letterforms. The first task is to find a quote or verse then to use our letterforms for a quote.  I chose one from Charles Rennie Macintosh; Art is a flower, life is a green leaf. I tried to find forms in Macintosh's architectural and art forms to make my letterforms. This was not an easy task with many sketches. Here are the results;
