Poor Little Steiff

My friend Lalena has this little Steiff T-Bear that needed some patching.  Her dog got a hold of it and tore the left chest...the fur and fabric were gone...but the rest of the body survived.  I repaired it and gave it a big heart and a new pair of pants....

my note...with a little care, the heart is still there, because you love him, as it is to be, we just made it bigger....ahhh, you see!

                                                  

Macy's Glamorama

The 30th annual Glamorama San Francisco took place last night.  Raising funds for Glide Foundation, Project Open Hand and AIDS Emergency Fund.  What a wonderful job Patrick Smith and his staff of Macy's produced for the event.  We began at the Orpheum Theater and ended at the Asian Art Museum for a party.  Here are a few photos from the event.

FASHION NIGHT OUT

 On September 6, 2012, it was Fashion Night Out in San Francisco and the Macy's Fashion Incubators of San Francisco were highlighted on the 3rd floor of Macy's.  The Incubator designers made their initial debut with one style from each designer in the Macy's Stockton street window.  I really feel proud of the accomplishments of these young designers and to be a small part of helping it happen along with the great efforts of Jeanne Allen, Director of FISF.  Here are some photos from that night.
